ב-HARLI STUDIO אנחנו מאמינים שאתר טוב הוא אתר שכל אחד יכול להשתמש בו. האתר הזה נבנה מתוך מטרה לעמוד בתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ובתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ברמה AA. בפועל הוא נבנה לפי הנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA, שכוללות את כל הדרישות של התקן.
מה עשינו באתר
- האתר נבנה בקוד שכתבנו בעצמנו, בלי תוסף נגישות חיצוני. הנגישות היא חלק מהמבנה, לא שכבה מעליו.
- אפשר לנווט בכל האתר במקלדת בלבד. לכל רכיב שאפשר להגיע אליו יש מסגרת מיקוד מעוצבת וברורה.
- קישור "דילוג לתוכן" מופיע בלחיצה הראשונה על Tab.
- מבנה כותרות היררכי, אזורים מסומנים (כותרת, ניווט, תוכן ראשי) ושפת העמוד מוגדרת, גם במעבר בין עברית לאנגלית.
- ניגודיות צבעים בין טקסט לרקע לפי דרישות רמה AA, כולל טקסט שמופיע מעל סרטונים.
- הסרטונים באתר הם הקלטות מסך שקטות של עבודות. הם מסומנים כקישוט, וכל המידע שבהם מופיע גם בטקסט.
- כפתור "עצירת תנועה" בראש העמוד עוצר את כל הסרטונים והאנימציות שחוזרות על עצמן. מי שהגדיר במכשיר "הפחתת תנועה" מקבל את האתר כשהתנועה כבר עצורה.
- מוזיקת הרקע לא מתנגנת מעצמה. היא מתחילה רק בלחיצה על כפתור "צליל", ואותו כפתור מפסיק אותה.
- טקסט מונפש (כמו שמות שמתערבלים) מוקרא לקוראי מסך כטקסט רגיל ושלם.
- קישורים שנפתחים בכרטיסייה חדשה מסומנים לקוראי מסך.
- האתר מתאים את עצמו לכל רוחב מסך, ואפשר להגדיל בו את הטקסט עד 200% בלי לאבד תוכן.
איך בדקנו
האתר נבדק בכלי בדיקה אוטומטי (axe-core), בניווט מלא במקלדת, ובתצוגה במחשב ובנייד.

- הקישורים לאתרי הלקוחות שלנו מובילים לאתרים שבבעלותם. הנגישות שם באחריות בעלי האתרים.

Accessibility statement

At HARLI STUDIO we believe a good website is one everyone can use. This site is built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, at level AA. In practice it follows WCAG 2.1 level AA, which includes every requirement of the standard.
What we did
- The site is hand-coded, with no third-party accessibility overlay. Accessibility is part of the structure, not a layer on top.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and every focusable element has a clear, designed focus state.
- A “Skip to content” link appears on the first press of Tab.
- Headings follow a clear order, page regions are marked up, and the page language is set, including when you switch between English and Hebrew.
- Text contrast meets level AA, including text over video.
- The videos are silent screen recordings of our work. They are marked as decorative, and everything they show is also given in text.
- A “Pause motion” button at the top stops every video and looping animation. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site opens with motion already paused.
- Background music never starts by itself. It plays only after you press “Sound”, and the same button stops it.
- Animated text, such as the scrambled names, is read to screen readers as plain, complete text.
- Links that open in a new tab are announced to screen readers.
- The layout adapts to any screen width, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
How we tested
The site was checked with an automated tool (axe-core), with full keyboard navigation, and on desktop and mobile screen sizes.
Known limitations
- Links to our clients’ websites lead to sites they own. Accessibility there is the responsibility of each site’s owner.
